2024 Vendor Applications
Vendor applications are due by Friday, June 28, 2024 by 4:30pm HST
Companies must be headquartered in Maui County and meet the 51% Made in Hawaii valuation to qualify.
The event is a juried show and vendors are encouraged to be thorough and include detailed information on their application.
Last year, we had more applications than spaces available and had an extensive waitlist of approved vendors. Therefore, we did not extend the application deadline and do not plan on extending this year. Please apply early to ensure you get in before the deadline.
Please follow the steps below to apply for the 11th Annual Hawaiian Airlines Made in Maui County Festival!
Step 1: Please read through the informational packet. This will give you all the information you need to know about applying, participating in the festival, and more.
Step 2: Complete valuation sheet(s) for each of your product lines that you will want to sell at the festival. Please do your best to complete these forms as accurately and with as much information as possible. The Product Valuation Forms will verify that your products qualify for this event and are required.
Step 3: Gather all of your materials needed to complete the online application:
Completed valuation sheet(s)
Company information
Photos of your manufacturing process
Photos of your completed products
What booth section you are interested in - please refer to the informational packet for booth location details
Step 4: Complete the online application.
