Pictures of your truck/trailer
Company logo
Now that you have completed sections 1 & 2, it is time to complete the online application!
After submitting the online application, you should receive an automated confirmation email. If you did not receive a confirmation email that your application was received within ten (10) business days of submitting it, please email info@madeinmauicountyfestival.com or call the Maui Chamber of Commerce at (808) 244-0081.
