Section 2 - Festival Information & Requirements
food trucks who are selected to participate in the in-person event will be required to participate on Saturday, November 8, 2025.
an email will be sent to all approved/paid food trucks about the possibility of participating on friday, november 7.
Food trucks must stay parked until the festival closes on friday/saturday. leaving early may result in fines or not being allowed back in subsequent years.
Friday, November 7, 2025:
2-3 food trucks selected to also participate on Friday
7am-10am - Food truck arrival/setup
1:30-6pm - Buyers Preview/Exclusive Shopping Day
Saturday, November 8, 2025:
All approved food trucks to participate on Saturday.
6:30am - Food truck arrival & setup
8am-4:30pm - Big Festival Day!
4:30-6pm - Clean up & breakdown
