2025 Hawaiian Airlines Made In Maui County Festival Sweepstakes Rules
Two (2) round-trip tickets to/from Hawaiʻi and North/Central America (the “Grand Prize”) and will be awarded to ONE (1) grand prize winner (the “Grand Prize Winner”). Terms & conditions
The promoter is: Maui Chamber of Commerce whose registered office is at 62 N. Market Street #302 Wailuku, HI 96793.
1. The competition is open to residents of the United States aged 18 years or over except employees of Maui Chamber of Commerce, Hawaiian Airlines (“Hawaiian”), event contractors their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or selection of the winners.
2. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
3. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5. Multiple entries from the same account/person will be disqualified.
6. Closing date for entry will be November 8, 2025, 4:30PM HST. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

9. Each of the promoter and Hawaiian reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
10. Neither the promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
11. Two (2) Travel Certificates to be awarded following the event (the “Grand Prize”). Each Travel Certificate redeemable for one (1) round-trip ticket to/from North/Central America and Hawaiʻi will be awarded to one of one (1) grand prize winners (the “Grand Prize Winner”). The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $3,500. The Grand Prize is valid for flights served by Alaska Air Group (operated by Alaska Airlines, Hawaiian Airlines, Horizon Air, or SkyWest Airlines flights operated for Alaska Air Group). Not valid for flights on codeshare partners. Travel is subject to Alaska Airlines’ Contract of Carriage and applicable policies. Mileage Plan™ Miles cannot be earned or credited. Paid upgrades are allowed. Standard baggage fees may apply; see our checked baggage policy and flight schedules at www.alaskaair.com for more details. Individual travel taxes may apply. Once ticketed, no changes to passenger name, origin city or destination city allowed. The certificates are void if bartered or sold. If lost, certificate may not be reissued.
12. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
13. 1 winner will be chosen at 4:30pm HST on November 8, 2025 at random, from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents by Maui Chamber of Commerce.
14. The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
15. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.
16. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
18. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by United States law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.
19. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry (including Hawaiian’s publicity material and Hawaiian’s use of information included on the entry). Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current United States data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

21. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
22. By entering the sweepstakes, I agree to sign up to receive newsletters and special offers from Maui Chamber of Commerce and Hawaiian. You are providing your information to Maui Chamber of Commerce, Hawaiian, and not to any other party.
23. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Hawaiian Airlines, and its agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders and employees from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions and any liability of any kind resulting from or arising from the promotion or acceptance, possession, use, misuse or nonuse of the prize (including any travel or travel-related activity thereto) that may be awarded. This promotion shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawaii without regard to its principles of conflicts of law. Jurisdiction and venue shall be solely within the State of Hawaii. Hawaiian Airlines reserves the right to modify prize award procedures at its sole discretion.
