Economic Impact

The Annual Hawaiian Airlines Made in Maui County Festival was created to stimulate our island’s economy by boosting sales and awareness of locally made products.

We are pleased to share the key performance indicators for the 2023 Hawaiian Airlines Made in Maui County Festival, 10 Years of Economic Impact (2014-2023), and data on the return on investment and attendee spending.

“Made In Maui County Festival has been helping us grow tremendously for the past 10 years. The quality of buyers and number of attendees has given us the opportunity to make great sales and is one of our biggest events of the year (our biggest here on Maui). The help and resources offered throughout the year even after the event is a big bonus. We hope to be here for another 10 years!”

“The MIMCF allowed us to come face-to-face with buyers that we have been working with or pursuing, It's a great opportunity to reach a new audience, and several people said they had seen our pops in stores but had never tried them until now. The MIMCF is also a chance to connect with like-minded small local businesses and share experiences, ideas and success stories.”

“This event has skyrocketed my business in ways I couldn’t imagine. It wasn’t just a “pop up”, it was a useful tool for those looking to take their business to the next level.”
